Chemical Free Fiber Stripper

Fiberlogix, launches a unique fiber stripper at OFC-2005, which is designed to remove polyimide and other coatings without the use of hot acid. It accommodates a range of fiber size up to 1mm thick fiber for window or end stripping

The All-Strip™ offers a chemical free, fast and clean stripping. The stripped fiber is perfectly cleaned at higher strength than any mechanical or chemical stripping. The proprietary "All-strip technology" offers an environmentally friendly process to remove a range of coatings including polyimide, carbon and silicone resin. It removes coating from fibers with diameters of 250/500/1000um with variable length from few mm to 75mm.

FiberLogix believes that this is the only machine available to the market which successfully removes polyimide without using toxic chemicals.
The AllStrip™ can be employed as a stand-alone unit or integrated into different sub-systems. The machine can be operated on 12volts battery for field applications.
